Photos of The Rosie Apartments

The Rosie Apartments is a new apartment building at the intersection of the Illinois Medical District, Pilsen,  and the South Loop neighborhoods. These three neighborhoods are popular with students studying at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), and Columbia College due to their proximity to campus. The Rosie is also convenient to downtown Chicago and its main attractions like Millennium Park, Navy Pier, Magnificent Mile, and Grant Park where you can enjoy outdoor concerts or festivals during the summer months. You’ll have easy access to public transportation via bus lines or train stations if you need it as well!

The Rosie was once home to the former Rosie O'Grady's tavern, which was built in 1855 by John Rafferty. The Rosie is a seven-story apartment building that has been constructed to include modern amenities including a stunning roof deck with an outdoor theatre, a resident lounge with a wet bar, an outdoor pool with a skyline view, fully equipt grilling stations, a dog park, and a fitness center with strength and cardio equipment.

The Rosie Apartments offers modern units (both modular furnished and unfurnished) with poured concrete floors and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout.
